This spectacular villa was built in 2006 originally as an inn, so can be configured to fit the size of your party and offers all the luxury of a resort in a private venue for your party alone.

All configurations include the upper levels with living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a loft/office with 2 futons plus 1-4 suites on the lower level. Each air conditioned bedroom has a terrace, patio or private pool entrance and includes a ceiling fan, fresh drinking water, a safe, laptop lock and a refrigerator.  The kitchens and bars encourage indoor and outdoor entertaining.  Free kayaks, life vests, and beach towels are provided as well.

The villa is in a gated community with 24X7 security. Rest and play in one of Mexico's loveliest vacation villas in Soliman Bay just 1 1/2 hours south of Cancun and 10 minutes from the magical beach town of Tulum. This bay has an outer reef that breaks the surf on windy days, making the area excellent for snorkeling and kayaking.

Luxurious, stylish and romantic, the living areas offer more amenities and dramatic views. The 45ft terrace has patio chairs and lounge and spectacular bay view.  There are free-standing and built-in couch sitting areas for 10 adults.  

The indoor kitchen has a dishwasher, large bar for 8 and dining table for 8.  The outdoor kitchen is perfect for entertaining with a large bar for 8 or more and tables for 10-14. BBQ and freezer in addition to 2 refrigerators and stereo.

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests in 2 bedroom, 8 in 3 bedroom, 10 in 4 bedroom, 14 in 5 bedroom, 6 night minimum in winter, 5 night in summer and 4 night minimum in fall.
Arrival/departure is typically, Saturday-Saturday .  No pets allowed.

Check-in 3pm, Out 10am   

If a reservation is made within 60 days of arrival, payment in full is required upon reserving.  If a reservation is earlier than 60 days, a 50% deposit is due at the time of reserving to confirm your reservation. The balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 60 days prior to your arrival date.
